Fuchs Plumbing delivers civil works for builders, developers and councils across Melbourne. We handle in-ground drainage, sewer and water main connections and stormwater systems, coordinated directly with the broader construction program.
Because we are licensed plumbers as well as civil contractors, we understand what is going in the ground and why. There is no gap between the civil scope and the plumbing scope. It is the same team managing both.
Design and installation of in-ground drainage systems for commercial and residential projects. We work to engineer specifications and coordinate with the construction program so drainage is complete and inspected before other trades need the area.

Sewer connection works including new connections, extensions and relocation of existing services. We manage authority notifications and inspections so the process does not create delays on site.

That is how most of our projects are structured. Civil and plumbing under a single scope means the in-ground work and the above-ground work are coordinated by the same team. Builders get fewer interfaces to manage and a cleaner handover between stages.

Yes. We operate our own Komatsu PC55MR-5 excavator and Kenworth truck. Excavation and haulage are managed in-house, which means we are not dependent on a separate contractor to get started or to respond to changes on site.
